Regional Legal Officers
The right candidate must be a proactive, self-motivated and result oriented person with a professional outlook and proven track record. He/she should be capable of achieving overall organizational goals by performing key job functions. We expect candidates from North East, North Central, North Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern for our regional offices.
Key Job Objectives:
• Attending courts and other Forums to protect the interest of the company, mainly for recovery of loans in default.
• Drafting of plaints and other documents in filing action.
• Preparation of title reports and execution of bonds.
• Providing opinions on legal matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Attorney at law with minimum of 02 years experience of which at least one year working experience in a Financial Institution, mainly handling litigation.
• Exposure to computerized office environment.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must & ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Should posses the Notarial License to practice.
Salary is negotiable according to skills and experience.
