Career Opportunity at the Construction of200Key Weligatna Bay, Marriott Resort and Spa Duties and
Responsibilities:
• Checks contractors bills and prepares payment certificates
• Completeness and accuracy of quality records
• Prepare tender documents for civil, MEP and finishes packages
• Evaluate contractors bids and prepare recommendations for PM/Client
• Review contractor’s payment claims and certify as per actual progress
• Coordinate all contractors payments with Client
• Negotiate change orders and variations with contractors
• Update project cost plan and cash flow forecast on monthly basis
• Initiatives for improvement identified and cost savings
Experience:
• 3-7 years experience
Education and Skills Required:
• BTech, or BE (Civil)
• Good knowledge of contractors and construction rates
• Good negotiation skills
• Good command of English and ability to write minutes of meeting and reports
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management.
