QA / QC Engineer – Interiors (Location – Weligama)
Career Opportunity at the Construction of 200 Key Weligama Bay, Marriott Resort & Spa
Duties t-Q Responsibilities:
• Checking the quality of construction material and reporting to management deviations if any.
• Develop inspection & test plan / quality program for interior fit outs.
• Incoming / in process inspection / final inspection of interior works.
• Mock-up Inspections.
• Maintain documentation for all the quality checks.
• Responsible for quality of construction works at project site.
• Sample collection for approvals.
• Monitor day —to-day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with site in-charge /consultants.
• Conduct QC inspections and monitors defect rectification.
Experience:
• 2-5 years ( Preferably experience in hotel construction)
Education t& Skills Required:
• Degree or Diploma holder of Civil or Interior Design..
• Good ability to read & review drawings & communicate with designers.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Good organization & co-ordination skills
• Autonomous & good sense of initiative (i.e. Ability to get things done)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
