The Production Manager should have the following skills:
• More than 5 years experience in similar role
• Sound technical knowledge of all aspects of garment construction
• Excellent planning and line balancing skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with sweaters an added advantage
• Professional qualification related to the apparel industry
• MS Office and other basic computer skills
• Good team played with motivational skills
