Payroll Executive // Officer (Head Office – Group HR)
Main responsibility is to handle and ensure the smooth functioning of the group payroll system and prepare the reports for assist the top management decisions.
• Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in commerce / Maths stream is essential
• University degree in HR/ Business Administration, Accounting / Professional Qualification in HRM (Qualified in PQHRM at IPM) will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 year experience in similar capacity
• Target oriented and capability to perform under pressure
• Possess numerical ability and data entry skills
• Computer Literacy and Highly Proficient in MS Excel is must
• Pleasing Personality
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Fluent in spoken and written, in both Sinhala and English
• Age below 28 years
