Requirements:
• Proven experience in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and other events.
• Managing social media content for event publicity on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedln, etc.
• Generating business leads and strategies to grow the business.
• Organizing and executing marketing campaigns by liaising with key public relations agencies and team members for the successful execution of events.
• Managing, monitoring and updating all digital marketing communication messages, ensuring the accuracy of all information.
• Managing incoming event inquiries and opportunities.
Essential skills:
• Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Proficiency in English; reading, writing, and speaking is essential.
• Language proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is preferred.
• Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy with exposure in Microsoft Office package.
