– Hands on experience of installing and IT Hardware and Software
– Good knowledge of IT operating systems, especially MS Office, Windows Servers/ Desktop operating , and MS Exchange/ 0365
– Knowledge of SQL Databases
– ERP Master file updates and maintain
– Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
– Ability to diagnose & address application issues
– Knowledge on Internet and E-mails
– Basic knowledge on networks & network configuration.
– Written and verbal communication skills.

Job Role:
– Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network
– Monitoring Network performance, servers Backups, user Backups, email
configuration
– Maintaining IT asset documents
– Ability to visit multiple internal facilities when required
– Self-Driven and possessing the ability to perform under minimum supervision
