IT Support Engineer Responsibilities
– Configuring and managing Office365.
– Working with Windows Servers.
– Working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and IIS Servers.
– Handling Data Backup Technologies.
– Administering and managing Azure workloads.
– Working with Desktop Operating System like Windows 10 & 11 and MacOS.
– Should be able to handle Customer queries and support.
– Should be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Should be able to support Printers and Scanners issues.
– Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network.
– installing updates, known as patches, to software applications.
– installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
– Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
– Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
– Maintaining good client relations.
– Tracking and managing work records.
IT Support Engineer Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
– Should have Microsoft Certification will be added advantages.
– Proven work experience as a System Support Engineer.
– Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud is mandatory.
– Knowledge of computer hardware, Software and networking systems.
– Team Player with Good interpersonal skills.
– Should be able to work on different Time Zone
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Should be a quick learner.
