IT Manager

Job Description:

You will be

* Project management to ensure that the key projects have the necessary governance and control applied
* Implementing the necessary work practice and controls to ensure sustainable growth
* Planning by prioritizing customer employee, and organizational requirements
* Maintaining and monitoring staffing levels, knowledge-skill attributes, expectations and motivation to fulfill the organizational requirements
* Driving performance measure the operation
* Preparing and submitting an annual business plans and operations budgets, manage effectively within these plans and budgets, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
* Ensuring the continued financial viability of the business unit through sound fiscal management
* Accelerating the growth and company capabilities via swift on-boarding of new accounts and focusing on exceptional customer service.
* Responsible for exploring new opportunities in order to provide enterprise solutions
* Responsible for sizing and mapping network/it capacity and capabilities to provide enterprise solutions
* Work closely with staffs to provide necessary support for the solutions portfolio and to grow
* Interact with overseas clients in the pre-sales, sale and post sales stages to understand the requirements to suggest alternatives and provide advise
* Ability to deliver presentation of solutions

With following Qualification:

* Tertiary degree in it, engineering or relative
* Part qualification in CIM/CIMA / ITIL v3 certified will be an added advantage
* Must possess excellent communication and analytical skill in English
* Sound knowledge on the network/Firewall security Solutions (utm), Visualization, Cisco, Microsoft enterprise class products (ADDUMS exchange and etc)
* Minimum 5 year experience in the relevant field.
