We are an internationally reputed BOI approved rubber products manufacturing company in Piliyandala, catering exclusively to the export market.

We are seeking for a dynamic individual to join our team for the above position.

Eligibility:-

– Male candidates above 25 years of age
– Professional qualifications in CA (Passed finalist) & a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting and auditing
– Very good command in English
– Exceptional practical knowledge in MS Excel, computer programs/software & accounting systems
– Be a good team player with positive attitudes

Job Description:-

• Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that the risk management, controls and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met.
• Performing risk assessments on key business activities.
• Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and report to the management.
• Consulting management on how to improve the systems and processes.
• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the management and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
• Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems and ensure that the financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
• Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
• Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
