Winterquilts Group is a well-established organization and one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of high quality apparels for internationally renowned European and US retailers such as Marks & Spencer. C&A. ASDA and Macy’s. We are looking for a dedicated. enthusiastic and result oriented individuals to head teams for
Polonnaruwa as well as Dehiwala plants.
Human Resource Manager (For our Polonnaruwa and Dehiwala plants)
– You should have a good understanding and a working knowledge of modern Human Resource Management practices coupled with good business acumen.
– You should have experience in policy formulation. performance management, competency based recruitment and selection within stipulated time frames. training and development. disciplinary procedures and change management within a rapidly changing and evolving work environment.
– You will be called upon to enhance the employee relations and organizational efficiency through strategic human resource development and continuous improvement at every level.
The ideal candidate we have in mind shall be in the age group of 30 – 45 and should possess an University Degree or an equivalent qualification supported by HR or relevant management qualification together with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed apparel industry. Only those who could meet our requirement criterion should apply.
Employee strength of Polonnaruwa plant is about 1000 and Dehiwala plant is 300.
Salary and other benefits for the above positions will commensurate with knowledge and experience and strength of the employees.
Company will provide free weekly transport facility to and from Colombo and free accommodation for the successful candidate of Polonnaruwa vacancy.
