HR Executive
A well-established multinational BOI company in based in Colombo North suburb seeking for a challenging individual to take up the position as HR Executive
The ideal person should:
o Be able take full in-charge of HR Functions including recruiting ,personnel file maintenance and handling statutory declarations
o Be able to plan and conduct induction programmes and exit interviews
o Sound knowledge in Labour Laws/ Procedures
o Be proficient in handling employee related issues with employees, management and government officials
o Experience in handling employee facilities, welfare activities
o Experience in handling Social compliance and other compliance audits related to garment industry will be an added advantage.
o Possesses a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management
o Have more than 4 years of experience in handling HR functions
o Be a person with positive attitude with age below 40 years
o Be Self-motivated and able to interact with all levels of people
o Advance Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
o Excellent communication skills (English, Sinhalese – Tamil will be an added advantage)
