HR // Admin Executive
We are looking for a young dynamic and equally committed female candidate who can handle a variety of personnel and administrative related duties with a sound knowledge in HR processes in order to fill the above position.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Preparation and administration of the payroll
• Prepare statutory payments (EPF/ETF), reports and maintain records
• Maintain salary and benefit records and prepare misted reports
• Prepare various types of letters such as letter of appointments, Contracts etc
• Maintain and update personal files and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Assist in administering various HR activities such as recruitment’s, inductions, organizing Company events, training programs etc.
• Assist in writing up human resources guidelines
• Assist with day to day operations of HR and general administration activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity and handling payroll is a MUST
• Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/institution
• Excellent communication skills in English language both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently, effectively and under deadlines
• Possess analytical skills and eye for detail is a must
• Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate sound work ethics and maintain confidentiality & integrity at all times
• Age below 30 years
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word is essential
• Internet savvy
