Job Description:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology with finance emphasis. A CA or ICWA working within Technology services would be preferred.

– At least 3 Years experience in working for a major IT firm
– Excellent at Microsoft Office suite, especially excel. Should be familiar with Pivot tables and data analytics
– Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Categorization of IT expenses against Cost Center
– Identification of Cost units for allocation against different business units
– Assist in creation of Service catalogue and costs for each service
– Track technology performance month on month against allocation of funds and provide advisory to align technology costs with budgets
– Track and ratify project expenses
– Create monthly technology provision
– Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s)
– Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization – Keeps oversight on contract expiry and renewals
– Assists in creation of business case
– Tracks technology cost against budgets, and notifies CIO of variations
– Tracks changes in Technology Organization and validates that we are within approved headcounts

Key Result Areas:

– Ensure that technology expense are within budgets
– Liaise with vendors and VMO for ensuring contract renewals
– Preparation and management of technology budgets
– Cost allocations to business units along with justifications on drivers
– Identification of costs for Technology services provided
– Provides business support to Technology for tracking audit issue, organization changes.
