Court Clerks (On Fixed Term Contract)
The person:

Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of court practices and procedures
• Capacity to handle high volume of work with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Exceptional inter personal relations
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain files relating to action filed by legal department and matters pending in Supreme Court , Court of Appeal , Commercial High Courts, High Court, District Court and Magistrates Courts
• Obtain proceedings, journal entries and attend other court work
• Draft decrees, writs, affidavits, motions and other relevant legal documents under the supervision of Legal Officers while preparing and filing of same in Courts for necessary steps
• Provide assistance to the Recoveries Department regarding execution of writs / ejectments
• Handle all Court files, trace case records in Courts and reconstruct case records (in Courts) when a case record is missing
• Provide necessary details to Auditors, Recoveries Department and other relevant parties with regard to court cases
