We are on the lookout for a Client Service Officer for our well reputed and a leading salon located in Colombo 07.
Salary: Rs.30,000/= (Negotiable)
Job Description:
– Ability to take up Client servicing / customer care responsibilities as well
– Methodical and ability to do work without much supervision. Once the job role is explained.
– Saturday (and sometimes Sunday) is a working day. We work on a roster basis. There are 6 off days for 4 weeks
– Handling the PABX System
– Provide/coordinate any Administration duties as required by the Operations Management.
Essential:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in the similar job role
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Excellent capability of IT
– Excellent PR skills
– Age between 22 – 30
– A pleasant personality
