Cashiers (Ratmalana)
The ideal candidates who should possess with high degree of trust and commitment to assist our corporate finance division reporting to the General Manager — Finance and Administration; these positions will be responsible for the following:
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Proper and accurate handling of cashier function and Petty cash payments
• Proper reception and smooth handling of customers.
• Attend to all customer inquiries related to payments and resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner to maintain long-lasting customer relationship
• Process all cash, credit card and cheque transactions and ensure all are accurate & up to date
• Ensure management of daily cash accounts
• Maintain periodic transaction reports & assure up-to-date bank, account reconciliations
• Ensure proper banking of daily cash collection.
• Prepare daily cash reports.
• Physical Verification Cash on daily basis.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity
• Completion in G.C.E. A/L (Math’s or Commerce stream)
• Partly qualified in AAT, CASL, ACCA,CIMA etc. would be desirable
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
• Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a computerized environment, especially in a ERP System & MS Excel
