Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited commenced operations as Ley Choon Construction and Engineering Pte., in 1990. It has grown up as one — stop underground utilities and infrastructure service provider based in Singapore. We are currently expanding our operations in Sri Lanka undertaking Civil Construction Projects. We are looking for self-motivated professionals to join us to build a strong team.
Contracts Administration Executive
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management or an equivalent secretary course conducted by a recognized institution
* Self-motivated with leadership skills, willing to learn, working meticulously and work under pressure
* Good interpersonal and communication skills (Written & Spoken English)
* High level of computer literacy — MS word, Excel, Power Point using, Internet and Emails
* Must possess some experience in construction, contract administration and understanding related legal matters
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 Years of relevant working experience, preferably in Construction Industry
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for coordinating meetings and preparation of minutes Handling correspondences related to construction and contract administration Maintaining a methodical / structural filing system for the above and confidentially
* Assisting Project Manager to prepare contract related documents (i.e. Variation Orders, Extensions of Time etc.) , correspondences, collate information compiling reports
* Performing any other duties assigned by the Project Manager
We are looking for a pleasant and outgoing personality of age; preferably 30 — 40 to liaise with all levels within the Group, Client and Consultant.
