Business Analyst (Sri Lanka)

We are a newly starting IT company in Srilanka. We are specialized to cater services to clients with e-commerce operations. Currently we are looking for candidates who can meet the following requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as business analyst.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills in writing, reading and speaking:
• Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments;
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments, build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional teams;
• In depth knowledge in various technologies/architecture such as .Net framework, Java, CSS, XML, SOAP, HTTP, MMS and other authoring/development tools such as VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio .Net is a plus.
• Proficiency in various development and SQA methodologies such as waterfall and spiral methodology a plus.
Job Role:
• Responsible for the business analysis of all the requirements requested by the Users in accordance with the standards of the company and within the agreed SLA.
• Accountable for the business impact analysis of the enhancement/changes carried out to the system
• Provides solution to issues and renders support to Users base on the agreed SLA
