Ideal candidates for the post of Assistant Accountant need to be below 30 years of age with CIMA /ACCA/ CMA/ Charted Accountancy finalist or Degree in Finance from UGC accredited academic institutions and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position .Should be familiar with MS Office packages. Pleasing personality and PR skills are preferred.
Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline, honesty and integrity, working with debtors to start some sort of payment plan, good negotiation skills are key criteria in selection. Capability to work independently and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters, are pre — requisite.
