Admin and Customer Service Executive

The Company:

We are well-established Service oriented company in Brisbane Australia. The company has been in business for over 10 years and has a large, loyal client base which needs to be looked after with a high level of client service acumen and ongoing administrative support.

The key duties:

• Customer service for inbound and outbound calls
• Administration and data management of client files
• Reception duties as required
• Provide compliance support to the Internal Staff
• Communicate with Internal Staff regarding the customer enquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to the office

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

• Clear and fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent report building skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in a phone-based Customer Service/Administration role
• Strong administration skills with Intermediate level of Office applications.
• Work well under pressure.
• Have an interest in fashion
• Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
• Relationship building and team work skills
• Own Reliable computer with the Internet (or can organize the finance for the new computer)
• Has to work from 9:00AM to 6:00PM in Australian Eastern Time Monday to Friday • (Work at your home or in our Sri Lanka Office)

All Initial Salary and other allowances depend on your Qualifications & Experience.
