Personal Criteria and qualifications expected
– Age 25 to 40
– Completed G.C.E A/L in the accounts stream
– Part or Fully Qualified from a recognized accounting body
– Good English Knowledge in both writing and speaking
– Ability to prioritize, plan and schedule work
– Work experience (Optional)
– Positive attitude
Skills required
– Ability to prioritize, plan and schedule work
– Team player
– Knowledge in Quickbooks (Optional)
– Letter drafting
– Computer office software literacy
– Critical thinking in problem solving
Responsibilities:
– Maintain day to day company accounts
– Prepare end of the month management accounts
– Prepare end of the month salaries
– Submit TAX, EPF and ETF documents on time
– Handing creditors and debtors
– Having a close relationship with the bankers and auditors
