WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Diploma or similar educational qualification in IT /Electronic / Telecommunication/ Computing
* Should be a good team player, self-motivated and a happy person
* Good knowledge of communication networks, Routing and Switching.
* Minimum of 2+ network (wired and wireless) troubleshooting experience Clear and excellent English communicational skills (written & verbal)
* Extensive customer service skills to troubleshoot problems reported by customers as well as internal teams
