Technical / Quality Assurance Officer (Male) (Based at Kalutara)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling daily Technical/QA activities such as process checking, quality rating & process audits
• Ensure proper execution of all procedures to keep compliance with quality standards
• Ensure incoming and in process inspections, sampling and final testing & inspection of finished products
• Assist in the development or modification of Technical/QA processes or procedures
• Handling ISO 9001: 2008 activities, 5S, Kaizen activities and up keep proper documentation
Essential Requirements:
• Below 30 years of age
• BSc (Physical Science)/NDT (Polymer)
• Diploma in Quality Management from a recognized institute will be an advantage
• 2 – 3 Years working experience in Technical/Quality Assurance department of a manufacturing organization
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001: 2008, 55, Kaizen & Total Quality Management
• Confident communication with analytical skills & team player
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages is essential
• Candidates with rubber industry experience will be preferred
