Colombo Institute of Research & Psychology (CIRP) is the pioneering & leading provider of Psychology education in Sri Lanka. The Institute consists of Academic, Research, Corporate and Therapeutic divisions that provide a range of services as their main business avenues. CIRP is currently providing psychology education to more than 500 students in a wide variety of programs ranging from Diploma level to Bachelors and Masters Degrees through its UK affiliations such as Coventry University and University of Hertfordshire.
CIRP currently employs around 40 fulltime local & foreign staff and 30 part time staff in three different facilities within Colombo.
Pre- requisites:
– Academic or Professional qualification in HR, Marketing, Business or any other relevant field
– Excellent command of English Language in both speaking & writing
– Excellent computer skills in MS Office packages, Internet & Email
– Good personality, management skills & excellent PR
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Ability to blend in to a multicultural environment
School leavers who have studied in English medium for at least 6 years and have performed well in their studies are also encouraged to apply.
Individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity would be recruited to the Executive grade and individuals without experience would be recruited to the Trainee Executive grade.
