Job Role:- Design, and develop (hands-on) Algonomy’s industry leading Java server products using
latest technologies
– Lead and/or work with a strong team of developers building products that are at the
confluence of Cloud/Saas, Analytics, Big Data, Social and Mobile
– Take products through the full software development life cycle
– Collaborate with engineers within and cross teams to design and deliver products
– Translate business requirements into market leading products
Requirements:
– Degree in IT/Computer science from a recognized university
– 2+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented language
– Experience CORE JAVA and J2EE (Spring Frameworks, JMS, Hibernate, Java IO/NIO,
Annotations, Reflections, Collections, MultiThreading, etc.)
-Experience in AWS services like Dynamodb, SQS, AWS Lambda, Auto scale etc.
– Experience in messaging layer like RabbitMQ
– Android backend core experience is a must (UI knowledge is a plus)
– Experience with retational DBs like MySQL and/or NoSQL data storage, caching
– Experience writing multi-threaded high-performance applications and event-based
systems
– An excellent team player
