Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
• Be able to liaise with the top corporate customers that include banks, conglomerates and various blue chip companies
• Be able to have the skills of a PA and function independently to work assigned
• Report direct to management
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle routine correspondence independently
• Work in a team environment
• Help continuous improvement drive of the company
Requirements:
• Fluent in English both written & spoken
• Part qualified in Marketing or Management will be advantageous
• Smart, young, energetic with a passion for customer service
• Talented in interacting effectively with all types of personalities
• Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve set objectives
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications is must Graphic Designing would be a plus
• Previous experience
* In a B2B environment
* in financial, insurance & legal industries will stand a definite advantage
