Sales & Marketing Executive (Sri Lanka)

Key Responsibilities
– Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
– Conducting market research on rival products,
– Getting involved in designing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for company products.
– Working towards achievement of targeted sales strategies
– Conducting sales and marketing campaigns/ Marketing pitches/presentations
– Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
– Maintaining client relations.
– Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
– Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
The Ideal Candidate should have;
– Full / Part professional qualification in marketing
– Diploma in agriculture (Added advantage)
– 2 years or more experience in sales and marketing field. (Previous
Experience in marketing Public Health Sector Products would be an added advantage)
– Good communication and networking skills
– A passion for sales and continuous learning
– Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
– Good computer literacy (MS packages) and familiar with new technological tools for digital marketing
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Age between 24 to 35yrs old
– Should be willing to travel as necessary
– Should possess a valid driving & a motorbike license
