Du-Pal (Private) Limited a reputed HR outsourcing organization is currently looking for a strong In-house ‘Recruitment Specialist’ for an exciting new opportunity.
Working closely with the CEO/HR team, you will carry out full end to end Recruitment and Selection responsibilities across the business.
The position requires a strong resourcing consultant ideally with some experience of recruiting high volume, gained in a financial services environment, telcos, and services sector. You will have experience of direct sourcing of candidates, managing client relationships, selection/assessment of candidates, salary benchmarking, recruiting via multiple media including social media. The role will also work closely with external partners (i.e. Professional Educational institutions, Vocational training centers, Schools, etc) to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates that our clients require.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the roles is specifically responsible and typically focus on recruitment of all roles within marketing and sales professions, customer care and call centre staff, data entry and back office staff.
You should be organized and methodical, a strong communicator with good attention to detail.
Du-Pal would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant/ Specialist level within a commercial environment
* Strong IT skills OP Capability of operating autonomously and managing own work areas/ responsibilities
