We are a small eco-tourism and agriculture oriented venture (www.backofbeyond.1k) with eco retreats in Sigiriya, Anuradhapura, Tangalle and Yala. We are expanding our operations and seek dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the following positions :
1. Operations Executive: Male, below 50 years of age, to oversee the operations of our retreats, to assist in the setting up of new retreats throughout the country, and to coordinate nature-based activities. Applicants should have exposure to the travel industry and be passionate about wildlife and nature. Experience in construction work and organic agriculture would be advantageous.
2. Manager – for our lodges in Sigiriya: Male, below 60 years of age to manage our properties in Sigiriya. Applicants should have excellent communication and personnel management skills and have at least 2 years exposure to the travel industry.
3. Travel Assistant: Female, below 35 years of age, to handle travel agent bookings, online reservations, promotions etc. Applicants should have excellent Communication, PR and Computer skills, and have a passion for travel and nature based activities. At least 2 years experience in the travel industry is preferred.
