Inforgrid Holdings is a multi-diversified group of companies, engaged in Advertising & Promotions, Media Productions, Printing, Event Management, Digital Marketing Solutions, Web Designing & Development Solutions and eCommerce.

We need dynamic, multitalented and highly skilled SALES COORDINATOR to manage and service our portfolio of
clients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Inforgrid eCom, the Web Designing and Development arm of Inforgrid Holdings, primarily handles 02 categories of
clients — overseas and local, catering for their various requirements of web developments, web solutions, customizations, digital marketing, computer aided designing, ecommerce developments and many other areas.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the proper and effective management of both these client bases. The role may extend to:

– Sustaining present high levels of relationship and PR with existing clients
– Exploring opportunities for the new markets through given platforms
– Coordinating our new products and innovations continuously to our clients
– Constantly coordinating with the Web Development Team for timely delivery of solutions
– Constantly stay in touch with clients as well as allowing any client vice versa, if needed arises
– Primary responsibility for the overseas market is to explore ways to generate sales, create new clients, offer innovative products etc.
– Primary responsibility for Local Market is to stay in touch with the market and facilitate all kinds of
inquiries, attend to sales & marketing quarries etc.

Scope of Work:

– Mainly In-office job
– Facilitator between Web Development Team and Client
– Coordinate all sales and related areas with all internal and 3″’ parties
– Facilitate all ancillary services that may be require of solutions
– This is an executive position

Job Related Expertise Required of Candidate:

– Product Knowledge, in this case, IT, is a pre-requisite to understand customer requirements and provide
effective and efficient solutions, timely.
– Communication skills in English must be excellent with high level of proficiency in writing and computer
literacy.
– Fluency in other foreign languages is an added advantage, though not essential.
– Ability to communicate via different internet tools such as Skype, Video Conferencing is advantageous.
Professional Marketing Qualifications may be counted favorably, on top of IT knowledge, though
marketing is NOT essential. Candidates with both qualifications in different proportions would be
considered very favorably.

Remunerations:

– Remuneration will be on par with the present market practices and individual packaging would be determined
based on the skill levels and experience of each person.
– Basic salary will be enhanced with other allowances and Sales Commissions.

Qualifications (Educational and Professional) Required:

– Part or Full Qualification in related fields.
– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field or minimum 01 year in similar role as expected in the
vacancy.
– Sound knowledge in MS office packages, Internet Communication and familiar with IT in general
– Salary Negotiable, with accompanying perks.
