Job Role
– Play a leading role in employee and organizational development; create tools and programs that integrate, develop and retain employees; spearhead changes in systems and processes by adopting best practices, facilitate vertical and lateral career growth path for employees.
– Crate mentor and lead an effective team.
– Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients
– Be prepared to innovate and actively seek out-of-the-box solutions and redesign and strengthen the company’s human resources system.
– Required to work in flexible schedules during day, night and weekends (If required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Post Graduate Professional / Professional qualifications in HR / A Degree in Business will be and added advantage
Experience:
– Minimum 6 years of work experience.
