Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and creative individual for Maintenance Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing day to day facilitate operations, including maintenance, repairs and service request from HO and Retail stores.
• Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
• Monitoring and managing office suppliers, furniture and equipment inventory.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
• Follow up CCTV surveillance work.
• Supervising the resource person for cleaning and ensuring hygiene standards.
• Availability during weekends and holidays is a definite plus.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Prior experience in site supervision is a definite advantage.
• Degree in Management or related field is a must.
• Reasonable knowledge on electrical, plumbing, painting and other general maintenance works.
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar job role is essential.
• Excellent Communication skills.
