We are a British Information Technology solutions provider looking for exceptional staff to join our rapidly growing technical team based at our global service delivery center in Colombo.

The Role:

You will be working as part of the infrastructure support team providing remote technical support for our European customer base.

This position requires enthusiasm, dedication and excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

What you need to have:

– Minimum 4 years experience in systems administration and deployment.
– Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
– Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Windows Server Platform (2003/2008, SBS Server).
– Extensive knowledge and
experience in MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 platform.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills.
– In depth knowledge in TCP/IP,DNS,SHCP,IIS,ISA MS Active Directory, group policies, CISCO device configuration and troubleshooting.
– Knowledge in open source technologies, Antivirus products, Data Backup and Recovery technologies, Blackberry Services.
– Willingness to learn new technologies.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Willingness and able to work in a 24×7 rotating roster.

What you need to have:

– BSc/Diploma in Information Technology.
– MCSE/MCITP/CCNA certifications.
