Legal Officer
A company engaged in the paints and wood care and allied products industry is seeking an Attorney-at-Law with 1 to 2 year’s experience in Human Resources (preferably with a Notarial license) for the above position. Candidates who have Criminal law experience in addition to experience in human resources would be given preference.
The responsibilities would include advising the management on labour related issues, handling disciplinary proceedings, liaising with police in relation to cheque return cases, thefts etc, filing private plaints on behalf of the company and general legal work. The successful candidate would be offered a competitive remuneration package based on his or her qualifications.
