Junior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Be a point of contact on a daily basis and maintain progressive relationships with clients.
• Keep clients informed of status/milestones.
• Work closely with management, development team to validate project scope, identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Clearly communicate expectations, guide and motivate team members.
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work on alternative shifts* (2 weeks day shift and 2 weeks night shift per month)
• Attitude to champion client satisfaction excellence, reach world class standards in what you do, collaborate effectively and achieve constant growth.
• 1 year of project coordination experience, preferably in an IT company will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, very strong spoken and written command of the English language.
• Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and work long hours when necessary, accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions, and meet deadlines.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build close working relationships, interact with team members to find collaborative, team-driven solutions to problems.
