Junior Executive – Distribution Support (Outsource)
The primary objective of this role is to support the distribution operations to maintain optimum efficiency and
best control and to achieve business targets.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Support physical stock verification & data base handling
– Update Daily / weekly sales reports
– Sales orders invoicing
– Data upload to the systems
– Maintain working relationship with internal staff, dealers and other external sales channels
Academic Qualifications:
– GCE A/L in commerce or Mathematic
– Computer literate and proficient in use of MS Office
– Self-motivated. flexible and hardworking
– Good in English (written and spoken)
– Age below 25 years
– Working experience in Logistics/ stock management would be preferred
