Job Role:
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees/interns/business partners’ laptop and desktop systems, software, and hardware.
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptop and desktop systems workstations running windows 10 OS and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Skills & expertise
• Knowledge on troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS issues.
• Troubleshooting Network & Outlook issues.
• Hardware troubleshooting Laptop/desktop.
• Windows 10 OS support, installation.
• As part of the largest EDA Company, you will be in contact with remote teams on different continents.
• MBO based learning of new technologies which can be used in day-to-day work.
Eligibility:
• Education requirements: BSc/MSc and other technical Degree.
• Typically requires no previous professional experience.
