Human Resources Manager
Job role:
As Manager—Human Resources, you will be responsible for all functional operations of HR
Education Qualifications:
– A HR degree from a recognized university or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management from recognized institution.
Experience:
– 03 to 04 years’ experience in a similar managerial capacity
Talents:
– Excellent communication skills
– High level of empathy/listening skills
– Able to manage staff grievances
– Knowledge in policies, procedures
– Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
