JOB ROLE:
– Supporting the recruitment & selection process.
– Ensuring smooth functioning of the onboarding & off boarding process.
– Update the relevant HR information database on a timely & accurate manner.
* Responsible for maintaining HR personal files & related documentations.
– Assisting with leave & attendance management.
– Assisting with training & development.
– Assisting with performance management.
– Assisting with matters relating to EPF & ETF of Employees.
– Assisting the HR Manager to execute day to day tasks of the HR function

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or an equivalent educational qualification.
– Minimum of two-years’ work experience in the field of Human Resources (preferably in a Customer Services Environment.)
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
– Should be willing to work from Colombo 03 and Kelaniya.
– Should be a great team player.
– People person, pleasant personality with enthusiasm, energy, dedication and integrity.
– Excellent IT literacy skills (MS Office & Google Applications).
– Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives.
– Highly motivated & able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
