Head – HR & Administration
A leading manufacturing organization seeks for a Head – HR & Administration to lead its people in Ratmalana Factory premises.
Responsibilities:
• Develop HR policies / Procedures that is aligned with business needs.
• Drive & maintain harmonious industrial relations in the organization.
• Collective bargaining/preparation of agreements and liaising with local authorities.
• Formulate and improve health & safety in order to create a healthy & safe working environment.
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of admin activities.
• Manage the manpower while doing timely recruitment and develop them by providing appropriate training
• Support and advise on employee relation matters to ensure their effective performance management.
Requirements:
• A Degree in Human Resources Management from recognized University/Institute.
• An MBA in HR management would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR field out of which 05 years in heading the HR division in reputed manufacturing organization.
• Good negotiation and people management skills.
• Excellent command in English & Sinhala languages both written and oral.
• Should be a male candidate
