Finance Executive
– Part qualification in CIMA/ ACCA/ CA
– At least 2-3 years’ experience in accounting field
– Excellent communication skills
– Computer literacy
– Team player with attention to detail and ability to work per set timelines
Responsibilities:
– Invoicing
– Preparation of debit/credit notes and arrange related payments
– Offer sales to discount stores and raise Purchase Orders
– Monthly provisioning/ BS reconciliations and other month end related work
– Generation of overhead reports and variance analysis
– Update Fixed assets module and depreciation
– Arrange payments to suppliers
– Assist in budgeting and forecasting
– Assist the Accountant when required
