Speed Water Systems an ISO and SLS certified leading bottled drinking water manufacturing company in Sri Lanka has the following vacancy Factory Manager
The Suitable Candidate should be in a position to take up the job immediately and be willing to work long hours based on the requirement.
– Experience 3-5 years. (Persons without experience may not apply.) Experience in bottle water factory will be a additional qualification.
– The post awaits a person between 28 — 45 years of age.
– Sound Knowledge in English and prior experience in handling documentation on SLS, ISO and Health Ministry.
– Must have handled production activities, shift management and must be thorough with standard operation procedure/process
– Provide technical expertise in the areas of manufacturing process, material properties, and government regulations..
– Implementation of new processes for new or existing products.
– Hands on experience in SAP Manufacturing / Production Modules, MIS Reports.
– Good Leadership skills.
– Should be computer literate and ability to work in email environment.
– Should have a sound knowledge of mechanical/ electrical equipment.
– Ability to understand factory shift working arrangements and flexible in accepting work Supervision during night shift if required .
– Ability to independently handle the Factory and drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives.
– Should be able to meet the production target and also continuous improvement of all areas in operations.
– Basic prior experience in factory admin / production, inventory control and purchasing.
– Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipments, space, facility and human resources necessary to attain manufacturing objectives.
– Provide positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale at all levels within the workforce.
– Preferably person holding a degree.
– Ability to manage sales operations and accounting department. Knowledge in accounting and strategic planning will be added qualification.
– Should be living close to Padukka.
