Factory Manager (Colombo)

Responsible for:
– Overall Management of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Machinery Maintenance, Process Control and Meeting Periodic Production Targets
– Maintaining a consistent high standard Production Quality
– Labour and Material Forecasting
– Product Implementation and Layout Implementation
– Generating innovative ideas for process improvement, starting from raw materials to finished products
– Acquiring in-depth mastery of all new technologies in fields of PVC Extrusion and injection Molding
– Reporting on a continuous improvement program to the management on regular basis
Profile:
– A minimum of 10 years of experience in a PVC Extrusion Industry
– At least 5 years in a Senior Management Position
– Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
– A strong command of the English language both written and verbal with excellent presentation skills
Age below 45 years
