Executive Human Resources
The selected candidate would mainly be responsible for implementing:
• Employee engagement & communication strategies
• Reward and recognition programmes
• Employee grievence resolution programmes
The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree or a professional qualification in Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good inter personal skills
• At least 2 to 3 years practical experience in HR functions
• High level of flexibility in operations
