Customer Service Representative – Online
Our Client in USA is seeking members who will assist their customers in solving their issues in computer connectivity, understanding the clients’ program and general service and product replacement issues.
Working Time 19.00pm to 5.00am Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Salary – Negotiable
• English language fluency – both written and oral.
• Strong technology/web based software skills and typing 30 wpm.
• Experience investigating, tracking and resolving customer concerns.
• Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, cookies and common internet related problems.
• Strong understanding of PC and Mac computer platforms, IT firewalls and security software to address connectivity issues.
• Call Center experience utilizing computer systems and dealing with large base of customers.
