Customer Service Executive

Profile requires coordinating with customers, registration of samples, and handling customer queries. Reporting to Business Development Manager.

Requirements:

– Degree or Diploma in marketing /customer care/communication from recognized institute.
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in garment/apparel or similar industry preferred.
– Excellent communication skills & ability to interact with all levels independently.
– Literacy in IT and word processing skills.
– Should be target oriented with, flair for customer handing
