Coordinator for the National HR Conference 2014
Coordinator NHRC (National HR Conference 2014)
Period: 06 Months (March 2014 – August 2014)
Job Responsibilities:
– Planning and organizing the event’s activities efficiently conforming to requirements
– Attend NHRC Committee Meetings and the follow up effectively
– Get sponsorships from corporate entities and coordinate with sponsors; supporting Event—Coordinator to develop eye-catching and effective branding and decor at conference venue
– Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
– Maintain smooth communication/understanding amongst all parties concerned
– Dissemination of NHRC e—flyer to new email databases, prospective participants, to build momentum towards the conference
– Registration of participants through the system for NHRC 2014
– Coordinate all logistic requirements
– Ensure smooth functioning of the National HR Conference
– Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event
– Any other duties assigned by the Chairman — NHRC 2014/CEO
Personal Profile:
– Experience in planning and organizing mega events
– Any other professional qualifications and experience accepted by the IPM
– Proficiency in Sinhalese and English languages
– Computer literacy with ERP knowledge
Remuneration for above position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
