Royal Security Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (A start-up security firm providing man guards to various business entities based in Rajagiriya).
Administrative Officer
A competent individual possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
– Anticipate daily needs and oversee essential business priorities
– Manage the correspondence of internal and external activities
– Administrative and office support activities
– Basic book keeping activities and maintenance of accounts
– Oversee all banking matters and other statutory payments
– Organize meetings and other events
– Prepare presentations, reports, memos and letters as needed
– Liaise and coordinate all public relations activities
– Coordinating travel arrangements and other business matters
Required Qualification and experience:
– Full or Part qualified in AAT/CMA or equivalent qualification
– Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
– Excellent communication skills (preferably all three languages)
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic accounting packages
– High level of efficiency, organization skills and time management
