Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance and administrative function and deliver management accounting and statutory reporting requirements while critically evaluating existing process & controls
• Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow and monthly income/expense statements
• Handle day-to-day payments, receipts, petty cash and banking
• Manage and maintain company inventory
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks of the company

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with part qualified charted from a professional accounting body (ACCMA/CIMA)
• Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hospitality and/or Construction industry
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office applications and Accounting Software
• Age under 30 years

Asst. Front Office Manager

• Excellent English Spoken and written communication skills
• Good customer service, communications, interpersonal skills and sales skills a must
• 2+ years of experience in hotel Reservations Management Online bookings (Booking.com, Agoda.com etc.), Check in/Out and Billing functions
• Develop, implement, monitor and participate in a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that results in optimum, rate and occupancy for the hotel
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL and WORD, Internet, Email, online reservations
• Holding Tourism, Travel, HR or Business Administration related diploma or degree
• Must have good organizational, supervisory and guest relations skills.
• Age under 35 years

• Salary : approx. 40,000 including service charge (depending on experience)
